I recently tried out MoDerm Laser & Aesthetics, booking a hydrafacial with Marta. She was super welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I have been having issues with my acne and clogged pores which I never struggled with before this year. I was educated on the condition of my skin, and she offered some suggestions how to help my acne. My facial was so relaxing, and she took her time. I left feeling really good and clean. It’s now been about a week since my treatment and I honestly already see a small difference in my skin. I have another appointment booked with her soon so I’m excited to see my skin in the new year. After almost two years of searching, I finally found an excellent place with highly professional specialists. I had a laser treatment and saw significant results after just the first session. I returned for a facial, even though I have very sensitive and dry skin and am usually hesitant to trust new people. However, they did an amazing job here. Now, my skin is clean, shiny, and looks fresh. I was so impressed that I brought my boyfriend in for a treatment. Wow! My first experience with laser hair removal and Im amazed with Moderm! The place is welcoming, clean and has a great vibe with very friendly staff. I did the underarm hair removal and it has been almost one week and my hair almost didn’t grow back at all! I normally shave every day but after 1 session I didn’t for almost a week! Crazy! I bought my wife a skin care package for hair removal for her birthday as this place was recommended to me by a coworker, I don't know too much about hair removal but my wife had previously had some burning from another shop so she was pretty nervous. This place had good reviews so I took the plunge, customer service was great, prices were comparable to the last shop, but my wife didn't get burned here!!!! highly recommend this shop, quality is what you expect from someone who owns a small business and cares about the product ~ Alex T

I had been thinking about laser hair removal for years but I was quite hesitant. Marta offered consultation and explained everything prior to the procedure. I have very light skin and was afraid of burns, but she was so good and patient with me and all my questions. Very knowledgeable and skillful lady. It didn't hurt and I didn't have any bad skin reaction. I don’t know why I did not do this sooner! Laser at Moderm was the best decision ever. Forget the razor and painful wax sessions, I am actually looking forward to my next session at MoDerm. I actually found this place on Instagram, got curious about it and called, Jasmine was very welcoming over the phone and very professional. When i got there i was amazed by the decor of the spa it was nothing like i expected amazing atmosphere and very welcoming attitude by all the staff. I had a facial done and almost fell asleep in the chair because of how calming and relaxing it was! 5 stars hands down and i will be going back! I used to book monthly waxing appointments and spend tons of money. After my first laser session with Marta, I knew I was finally free from that hassle. I had a great experience at MoDerm. They made me feel very comfortable, explained the process and machines in detail and seemed very knowledgeable. I've had 9-10 laser hair removal sessions at a different place and was a little frustrated at how long it took, and how expensive it was to notice any real difference but feel like I've noticed the biggest, quickest difference after my one session at MoDerm. Lovely experience at MoDerm. The clinic is comforting, hygienic and easy to access. Zeinab is a knowledgeable Esthetician that first discusses your skin concerns before any treatment. She keeps you updated on each step and talks the clients through the entire procedure. She is very easy going and comfortable to talk to. I had one round of laser hair removal done to my under arms and I am so pleased with the results after one session! I’ve hated shaving my armpits for a while now due to ingrown hairs, but this laser hair removal is actually life changing. I’m excited for my second session. So much hair gone in just ONE session! Had a laser hair removal appointment with Zeinab and was obsessed. I have tried many different laser hair removal machines over the last decade and nothing had worked the way this machine does. Was super effective and Zeinab made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. As I walked in to this professional building, I felt so comfortable because welcoming staff and the environment . The receptionist stood up and greeted me right away which made me feel comfortable.During my time spent there , i was able to talk about my skin concerns as well as the work I wanted to get done. I didn’t have much information to where i was wanting to go but after the initial consultation , i had a well planned treatment individualized for my needs. The consultation was so helpful because i was able to also discuss my budget , and the products that would work best for me .My second time visit there consisted of getting my laser done which was easy to book on this companies website . The employee was very well aware of my concerns which she took into consideration when getting my laser done .So far, i have only had three laser session , and i am in love !! The results are so quick and painless ! Got laser hair removal from Marta, she is so nice and very good at what she does! I used to have to shave every other day, now it's about once every other week to get a few pioneer hairs. Very satisfied with my results so far! I just have to do one more treatment on my legs and I'll have done 6 treatments. Works best on pale skin and dark hair, which is what I have (or used to!) Very nice set up and large clean rooms. Marta, the owner was friendly and very helpful regarding laser hair removal and some issues I had with another spa previously. She took her time and was very thorough and added cold compressed etc to help minimize pain. I will definitely be back! Wish I found them sooner. ~ Danielle S
